Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Window: You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be accepted.
  2. Refund Process for Cancellations: In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7 days after receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be directly credited to your bank account via UPI.
  3. Refund Timeline: Refunds will be initiated within 7 days after the returned goods have been received and processed. 

     

Return Policy

  1. Returnable Conditions: If the product arrives in a damaged state, is incorrect, or if the packaging appears tampered with, you can return it with no questions asked.
  2. Shipping Charges Refund: As we do not charge for shipping, there will be no refund associated with shipping charges.
  3. Return Request Window: If you wish to return your purchase, please raise your return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
